Hi all

Just to check if there is floating interest yet to be credited for last month. But i withdraw left only less than 2k for this month. Can i still get the the interest for last month?
it should be the case. even if you surrender you get back the floating interest also. why not just surrender?

So troublesome to surrender this policy. Need to WhatsApp them and then get a form to select Y/N from email and reply to them. Payment mode: Paynow by NRIC only -> within 5 days; by Direct Credit to bank account -> 7-10 days.

Check your junk email. I received a reply within 2 working days that went to junk after I emailed them of my intention to surrender Easy Earn.

Not bad. Surrender no fee. In fact, dash easyearn refunded with the floating interest also. But I lost the interest if I were to put in rhb.

I see the TNC there nv say limit of amount.
so for dash PET, if got 20k inside also will get 1.8%?
Most probably entire amount.

*Please note only Dash PET policies that are incepted between 8th February 2021 and 11th August 2022 will be eligible for the Guaranteed Loyalty Reward.

Example of Guaranteed Loyalty Reward payout

A customer has a GIGANTIQ policy with S$10,000 account value as of 30th September 2022. The customer will be entitled to S$10,000 x 1.8% = S$180 of Guaranteed Loyalty Reward, which will be credited to the account value by 1st October 2023 as long as the customer fulfils all the terms and conditions of this campaign.

But think, its more like a 1yr fixed D, just that u can withdraw anytime.
If really want locked one yr then go Fd better?

Isn't it additional 1.8% (for Dash PET) on top of existing? So total can be 3.3% which beats FD.

Chose PayNow NRIC during surrender.

Received Surrender Confirmation email (with PDF) this morning, but not the money.

Is this normal?

Update: Got the money one day later.

did you check the balance in your account via the app? is it already emptied? you can whatsapp them (etiqa) to check. usually they reply quite fast (during office hours).

do update us what happened... I also submitted surrender some time back (yet to receive any confirmation and the money still in the account when I check online).
