I tried withdrawing $2k today and couldn't go through. Don't know if I hit some sort of cap, but $1k could go through. I'll try withdrawing $1k again tomorrow.
Update: managed to withdraw the next day. Seems like there's some arbitrary cap.

Just in case anyone wants to use this method to transfer large sums of money. Dash caps daily paynow transfers at $1k total. So you shouldn't try to transfer more than $1k per day.
Hi everyone, what is the maximum amount to top up from Credit card to our Dash wallet? Thanks. As much as our credit card allows us to i.e. credit card limit?

This relates to the following points in this article @ https://thefipharmacist.com/can-i-withdraw-money-from-singtel-dash/

  1. You are not able to use a credit or debit card to top up your Dash wallet
  2. Once you accept this, you are unable to reverse your registration

wah so random.. How do you guys plan to withdraw all the balance at the end of the first year promo?
1% still decent in this environment. Slowly withdraw and deposit in Singlife.

I might even keep it there and spend the money from GIGANTIQ first...that one coming up to the end of the promo period sooner.

this dashpet gives $30K for bonus interest, even though amt above $30K wont get additional interest, but will the account able to hold balance > $30K? i assume there is no maximum limit to this dashpet e-wallet, but bonus is for first 30k only

The sum of all your deposits, minus withdrawals, cannot exceed $30k. It is possible to hold more than $30k including interest.

The sum of all deposits minus withdrawal cannot exeed 30k - Is this for maximum returns?

I am not sure why some recommend to keep at $30k max, its ok to exceed alittle right e.g $30,100 since the opportunity costs are low, troublesome to withdraw small amt monthly

that's the max you can put in.

cause some just wants to squeeze every last cent out.

^Up till 26 April 2021 – For the first S$10,000 Account Value: Guaranteed 1% p.a. + 0.7% p.a. bonus for the first policy year. For above first S$10,000 Account Value: 1% p.a. guaranteed + 0.2% p.a. bonus for the first policy year.
*27 April 2021 onwards: For the first S$10,000 Account Value: 1.3% p.a. for the first policy year. For above first S$10,000 Account Value: 0.3% p.a. for the first policy year. Crediting rate is non-guaranteed.

Saw the above from dash website.

For those sign up before 26 apr, what is your plan moving forward? Stay put at 1%?

Might plan to move money to singlife... Not sure if Singlife will revise interest rate or not...

Erhm i see no point to squeeze. Assuming 1% opportunity cost on $100, one month lose less than 10c leh.

Lets say after 1year for those who signed up before 27th April, will full 30k be given 1% indefinitely?

Max returns is put in $30K when opening, put there and don't touch. The published interest rate also includes compound interest.

should be for new only.

yeah just checked, Policy still stating 1.7% for first 10k and 1.2% for above, 1.366% for max 30k ~$33-34/mth.
this PET policy was released in Feb21 iirc, so no need think much till Feb22.

The older Dash EasyEarn policy is 2% max 20k ~$33/mth. From my transaction history this policy started around jul20. shall see if any changes soon in 3months time

let say when dashpet or dash easyearn ends in 12 months, are we still advised to keep $30K in account assuming 1% PA? i read the tnc PDF but couldnt locate any info after 12 months. In fact i also couldnt find the $30K cap in the pdf anyway so have to resort to googling hwz dash thread.

Dash EasyEarn is 1.5% after one year, so I'll keep. Dash PET is only 1% after one year, so you have to ask yourself if you can get at least 1% elsewhere. For me I might surrender and put in Singlife (1% above 10K), or just keep - I'm indifferent.
