Just wondering if it's worth to transfer money from UOB account to this, given the fact that 1.7%-1.2% is only for first year.

2nd year onward my guess is back to 1% for $50-$30K (so only good for 1st year).

Edit: Just calculated using their Dash app, 2nd year onward is 1% per annum

Transfer la. Make full use of it. No point keeping in UOB. I only maintain minimum sum in my non active bank accounts. :o

Got one hack. Can top up 2 times $10 + $990. Then it will allow $1000 topup per account.

I also using my family member accounts to topup their dash account and then transfer to mine. Free credit loan for 1 month and at the same time solidify credit score. :o

But most cc got no rebates for topping up e-wallet right? So just earning extra 1.7% x $1000 / 12 for doing this?

Anyone knows how much is the interest earning for Dash Easyearn after 20k? Is it still 2%? If not maybe can transfer the excess into PET right?

isnt it stated in faq? https://www.tiq.com.sg/faqs/dash-pet/#faqContent
or if referring to Dashpet>Dash>Bank to save that $0.70, probably have to check with Dash if the $ from Dashpet>Dash is withdrawable anot

Withdrawal(s)

1. What are the ways to make a partial withdrawal?

You may make partial withdrawals from as little as S$1.

Transfer to Dash Wallet
Bank account via PayNow (70 cents apply per transaction)

30 days month to 30 days month comparison and 31 days month to 31 days month comparison

Seems that there are 2 conditions in this that needs to be highlighted:

“ Etiqa reserves the right to delay the payment of the withdrawal amount/surrender benefit for up to a period of 6 months from the date of the withdrawal/surrender request. Etiqa will exercise this right when there is a surge in withdrawals (partial/full) within the Portfolio during a very short period of time.”

You can’t get back your money for up to 6 months if you choose to surrender?

And during the sign up, it says “I understand that I may not receive the premiums I paid (partially or fully) if I terminate or surrender the policy early”

How early is early?

Edit: I strongly advise against anyone signing up for this: https://www.tiq.com.sg/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Dash-PET-PS-GP-FAQ.pdf

Their term on early termination contradicts their free look period. Customers service also cannot provide a definitive answer on what they mean by “early”.

i'm also wondering. before i decide if i wanna put in just $10k or full $30k.

Same i also wondering this after i knew we can withdraw from dash account via paynow. Not sure will Dash do something similar like grabpay that funds are divided into non-transferable and transferable amount.

I thought the 2% is only applicable to the first 20k? Your excess is also earning that 2%?

I'm interested to sign up.

What is the best recommended way to top up my Dash account for this? I read people top up using CC?
