Data Recovery Software for handphone/memory card

Sorry if i post this in the wrong forum. Is there any software out there that can recover lost pics and video in the handphone and its memory card? A friend of mine who is a non-techie accidentally deleted some very precious videos and pics in his Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

If I remember correcty, Samsung note is using internal memory ? So you cannot transfer the memory card to your PC and do recvery. You have to find some similar program to load on the phone.

So rule #1. Always backup if the contain is important.

not sure if you phone can detect as local or network storage when plugged in.. if yes u can try R-studio... i tried before on micro SD.

sorry for bumping up this old thread.

but i have urgently require some help to recover my lost pics.

i have tried all softwares to recover my samsung note 2 however it doesnt appear as a drive. thus i am unable to scan anything in the internal memory.

I have also tick the enable usb debugging but when i press many times on the "build number", it still didnt enable the usb debugging.

someone please help me. i need recover my pic urgently as it has my family old pics for memories.

will any handphone shop able to do this?
