Data Retrieval Help

Hi all, I've got a external hard drive which died on me recently.

Can someone recommend me a shop or someone who can retrieve the data inside for me and also, roughly how much am I expected to pay for it.

Data retrieval depends on what died
Is it physical or logical damage/

Clicking sound?
HDD got power up or totally died

If its something like table of records gone, these are fairly cheap and easy to do
If its a physcal error....

General rule of thumb.
If the data is worth more than $1000, Go to Q2. if not, don't
Q2: Is data small like an excel sheet or large like a video file.
If its tons of video files, it becomes tremendously hard.

Is the drive still still spinning? if so, you might have a chance of recovery..

My hard drive probably has physical damage. No spinning sound. Unfortunately, there are tons of data on it.

Not really necessary.

Pcb could be damaged,
Heads could be stuck
All below $1k for a 1tb disk.

Data could still be recoverable in these situation.
