data roaming issue with note 3

Hi. Anyone encounter this issue before.

Data roaming is off. When to Malaysia with no data.

But. Upon return back to Singapore. Data access is not restored even after some time.

Only solution is to reboot phone.

Same problem on my old s3.
even when back to sgp will still show R on top status.
Normally have to reboot
