Yesterday and today been getting quite a number of database error message after yesterday maintenance. But kept refreshing 3 to 5 times forum will load.

Unable to retrieve forum list and Service Error Notice

Hi, I've downloaded HWZ App from Apples App Store. Using iPad Pro 9.7" iOS 10.3.2 to open the app.

1. Opened the app and "Unable to retrieve forum list" message appeared

After tapping done, and keyed in my user ID and password,

2. "Service Error" Notice appears.

I'm new to HWZ and would like to know what can be done for an uninterrupted user experience.
