Found out today that you can do account closing using iBanking when I visited a DBS branch today. The staff mentioned to me that the service has been available for about 2 weeks already.

yes I was able to close 2 weeks ago. It was new feature from last month

I didn't take note as I was paying attention to the one or two accts I planned to close.

I think all those accts that you can close using iBanking bill be reflected when you choose the options.
