DBS app causing cellular data issues

Anyone has the DBS app installed and randomly when you open the app, you suddenly cant access data? Have to airplane mode on and off

The app will heat up the the phone and can't access certain app or setting (like can't update or install new app from App Store)

thats because the app somehow disrupts cellular data. anything that involves data does not load

Maybe ... the issue started since iOS 14 released

So far using to transfer money etc no issues for me.

Happened to me once. It was a headache because I couldn’t connect to the data to do a PayLah transfer for my dinner lol. But this was a couple of months ago or so.

SingTel user, DBS and OCBC app will always be very slow using data even though the very same spot has no problem surfing net

WiFi will work flawlessly
