not going to ask them check, later tio sexpose. lol. 337.xx should be correct for 30 days in June. Most prob its a glitch in the notification calculation.
The bonus interest should be 333, then the 0.05% paid the previous month should be around 4.10, then total around 337.xx

As you also pointed out, think the notification they code wrongly and used 31 days instead of 30 days 🤦 scary such a simple mistake could be made for a bank when calculating interest

DBS cock up sia.. notifications say interest of $348.43 for June credited. But I only received $337.17.. lol.. should ask them to honor what they notified me.. cheat my fillings... haha

When I received the sms this morning, my instant reaction was, DBS system malfunction again! (this morning paylah big cockup!)

It assumed I got the full mth interest (and us 31 days instead of 30 days) - cos I got much much less as i did not put full mth! :ROFLMAO:

You mean they sent the same notification to all users? That'll be epic fail.

For me the app tracker and actual interest received correct, but the notification is wrong. Don't need to call them since it's correct, but a bit concerned if they will screw up next time, every month better double check, and check with other bros here.

Silly DBS IT system design.
Notification should pull out actual interest paid out instead of re-calculating interest. Like that everytime there are changes to interest calculation they need to change the notification program also. Waste money.

Actually this type of notification is not necessary.

You are right it is silly, and shows how they design their systems, also means every month we all better double check in case have error. Recall a few months ago the insurance recognition had issues.

You need to have IT knowledge to "predict" what could have gone wrong this mth!

It is a value added service to notify customers that interest had been credited, especially for busy people who dun have time to monitor/track!

What could have gone wrong this mth?

"Someone" "forgot" to "change" the mth where this notification should extract the "amount of interest credited this mth". So the system extracted the amount from May 2025 (cos it is 31 days), unless someone tell me it does not match their May's interest! If the mth was changed correctly to Jun, the notification should reflect the correct Jun interest!

Why the mth was not changed? That's puzzling to me! But if you know systems or murphy's law! :ROFLMAO:

Were you affected by this morning's "big cockup" in Paylah at 8am! :ROFLMAO:

It is still not fully redeemed! I suspect there is a problem!

just wondering, did anyone purchase the SaveUp portfolio from digiPortfolio this month?

I just wanted to use it to clock the invest category for mulitplier but it has not been recognised yet although I already purchased on 4 July by setting up $100/mth.

From their digiPortfolio website:
Will my investment be counted towards the investment category of my Multiplier account?
Investments in SaveUp, Global (ETF-based), Asia, Income, Global Portfolio Plus, and Retirement digiPortfolios count towards the Investment category for your DBS Multiplier account.
For new investors, a lump sum investment of at least S$1,000 (or equivalent amount in USD) is required to qualify. Existing investors also need to top up their investments with a lump sum of at least S$1,000 per transaction (or equivalent amount in USD) to qualify.
From May 2025, both new and existing investors can also qualify by making recurring monthly investments of at least S$100 per month on all eligible digiPortfolios.
nobody has purchased digiPortfolio recently ah?

With OCBC 360 nerfed , can I say that for salary credit accounts - DBS multiplier with insurance ( can get a full guaranteed one like manulife Savvy ) -2.1% coupled with posb Saye (3.5% -incremental savings) is the best bet now?
Though its a total separate account, I'm curious if the daily balance in POSB SAYE can contribute to the overall daily balance of Multiplier's account if both are linked for monthly recurring deduction..
