I was told by the counter staff when applying for the 3 months earmark fund promotion, because need to tick in the hardcopy form.

credit card with ATM linked function, for overseas ATM cash withdrawal from account (not cash advance), some overseas banks ATM will decline the transaction if the "choose type of account" menu is selected wrongly.

Not sure the rate now, as I did my earmark in June 2025, for 3 months.
So I'm also due for renewal in September if they still have it.
