For DBS , i just tried subscribed 1k to a short term duration bond fund with srs , fee is 0.5%. i suppose minumum can be $1 or $100

On Day4 , the transaction is seen , and registered as a invest multiplier category.

Now Day9 , the fund is still yet seen in my fund portfolio (available for redemption).

Seems long lead time for DBS. On moomoo, all is subscribed and completed on Day3 for the same fund with zero platform fees
Cause DBS don’t need to be known for speed unlike other new comers

Provide info to someone interested in clocking a dbs multiplier category.
I already shared, use cash to clock!

All the information have been shared in this thread and other threads. The only way to learn is read thru the threads, decipher the tips and tricks, this is how I started and uncovered all the secrets thru reading! Good luck!

Banks not known to be efficient when it comes to investment products usually.

This has been discussed many times already but somehow people keep asking and don't want to go through the past few pages. Can't be keep talking about the same thing on the latest post all the time also. Agree with you.

Be smart, if you intend to redeem immediately, use cash, dun complicate matters for yourself!

and even "penny stock" works too :s13:

Wah drop again to 1.48%? I guess this is the same as going down to the bank to do casa?
Go down to bank should be 1.68%. Like this means next month maybe they dropping rate already. Only worth it to do if you know how to stack, but now so little I feel not worth it anymore.

1.68% for 3-month CASA promotion

my previous round earmarked until 1 Sep... hopefully they still have 1.68% when I 'renew' it... :(

I dont think you can earmark a fund that has been earmarked..
but he's not earmarking the same fund. so say 100K earmarked till 1 sep. today, he goes into the branch earmark a fresh 100K to "lock in" the rate. total 200K . come 1 sep, the old 100K is released.

correct?

If its a new fund then best to do on the last day of the month then… because the 100k extra will not earn any interest in the multiplier acct

just wondering, did anyone purchase the SaveUp portfolio from digiPortfolio this month?

I just wanted to use it to clock the invest category for mulitplier but it has not been recognised yet although I already purchased on 4 July by setting up $100/mth.

From their digiPortfolio website:
Will my investment be counted towards the investment category of my Multiplier account?
Investments in SaveUp, Global (ETF-based), Asia, Income, Global Portfolio Plus, and Retirement digiPortfolios count towards the Investment category for your DBS Multiplier account.
For new investors, a lump sum investment of at least S$1,000 (or equivalent amount in USD) is required to qualify. Existing investors also need to top up their investments with a lump sum of at least S$1,000 per transaction (or equivalent amount in USD) to qualify.
From May 2025, both new and existing investors can also qualify by making recurring monthly investments of at least S$100 per month on all eligible digiPortfolios.
Bro would like to check in with you on the status... in the end did it get recognised in the month? Thanks
