my experience may be considered myopic as it's an isolated visit. maybe that day the branch had a shortage of manpower...

anyway, just trying to show the two types of 'crowd management' for those who're going to queue. not so much criticising the particular branch(es).

Can share the branch? Maybe can consider going to the branch

Because today a lot of people also changing $ for raya. I was queuing to get que no, a few infront of me got asked to come back 2hrs later. lucky when my turn i mentioned CASA, she hesitated for awhile and let me in instead. so spent about 30mins overall. and yes paper work only take about 5mins.
A lot of elderly not sure what they doing at the counters for very long...

The new DBS/POSB internet banking when accessing using computer browser, can now see the no. of months out of 12 that your Insurance/Investment categories is on for the current month .... previously only viewable on App .... makes keeping track easier ......

anyone know if I have let's say 10,000 earmarked, and release date is June 1 2026. Now I have additional fund and want to add on, is that possible? Or die die must wait until the current participation end?

Based on my understanding of t&cs, you can use another dbs/posb a/c to register for the promo but cannot add on to the same a/c which is already registered for the promo. note: I have not try this personally as I only casa my Multiplier a/c since there is no advantage to casa another dbs/posb a/c with a stand-alone 1.5% - I rather put any extra funds into non-dbs/posb bank a/cs where bonus interest is higher than 1.5%

u can add on to the same mutiplier account as long as they fall under different promotion period.
I had two placement under different promotion period under same account. U can ask the front officer to confirm.

I used to be able to view DBS 3month earmarked promo on its digibot when I login to the iBanking website on laptop ...but now it seems to be only able to register through the App, if and only if you can see the promo on the App's notification under "tips & Deals" .....

Maybe they change the invite list then in the new list you're not invited. Can never figure out how they decide who gets it and who don't.
