Q3 - Yes per the branch, someone here posted done as evidence end of last last mth!

I did not receive the acknowledgement, so when I get App invite, I quickly submit. Then days later, received email acknowledgement - I am in?

Yesterday, App turned into Gold!

The 19/9 email i received was merely an acknowledgement of processing, and mentioned they will update the outcome in 10 working days.
made me kancheong abit when left just 2days to new month
i think as long as your app changed color before Oct should be safe.

now just need all those involved in here to ping their RM for answers to above (Casa, tranches, Treasures multiplier bonus) and SIC updates

I realised, while trying to help my family members to solve their inability to apply Savvy 22, that the UI for both PC and App has changed as evident from their un-updated FAQ examples .....

The new DBS iBanking UI on PC is bad ..... for credit card statements, what I see on App vs. on PC, PC seems to be missing some details ....

The latest CASA 1.38% updated on 19 sep is for 4 mths ie 19 sep till 16 jan 26. Based on assumption, if Oct CASA is 4 mths and starts 1st wk Oct then earmark end will be early Feb. Hopefully my assumption is wrong and it is 3 mths.

The "Invitation" in the App states: "This special Multiplier offer is exclusive to the first 3,000 targeted new DBS Treasures clients on a first-come, first-served basis".

So, for the newly joined Treasures members, how do you know you are among the "first 3,000"?
Did you receive any confirmation e-mail message, or confirm with your RM?

For me, I submitted on-line interest using the "Invitation" link on 21 Sep, received a generic Welcome e-mail from my assigned RM on 27 Sep. I dropped a few queries to him via e-mail (esp. on CASA stacking), but have not received any phone call or e-mail reply from him yet

He said I could keep my existing 100k casa done pre Treasures mbr. I did not get a reply on additional 100k CASA cos my funds were not in then. He said for additional 100k 'by right' cannot stack but he heard some RMs have different takes on this. My 100k will only be in tomorrow to push him for a reply. Suggest that you check directly with your RM cos some things may depend on RM discretion / empowerment etc

u meant the new casa t&c? so its a "new" tranche or considered same promotion as the earlier Sep one (which i assumed to be same i.e only one registration per account)

I sent a secured message via Digi App to the RM last night, which auto-reply that response is expected within 2 biz days. I'll call their Treasures hotline by tomorrow (Fri) noon if there is still no response.

Sorry no update on Casa for my additional 100k cos RM on leave till 6 Oct and I don’t know who to contact in his absence. But he did confirm in wa that I am eligible for Treasures MP promo and he also helped me to push through my insurance inception so that I fulfill 3 cat

1.38% latest rate, they did check to make sure it's not from past earmark, but I moved funds in anyway for the promo.

This one is if you're Treasures, they want you to try do investments with them and trial it out. The RM will bug you every now and then, then ask you try to do the easy things first, then I guess they will the upsell you more.
