Anyone bought from DBS digiportfolio?

The portal keep showing me the error page

'We are sorry, we could not create your portfolio. Rest assured, no funds have been transferred.'

i am able to create one...

i know this is a lousy answer...
but maybe you can try these?
1) clear ur browser cache
2) use another browser
