Any idea why there is no 3.2%? I have 2 other placements total $19,999 3.2% feb and $20,000 3% feb.

"From 21 May 20, interest rates for new placements and renewals in an SGD FD Account will be computed based on the total SGD FD balances, instead of each placement and/or renewal.

Your total balance has already exceeded $19,999 so any new placement will earn the board rate for above that, or 0.05% pa.

Weird, FD in your name (including joint) cannot be more than $20k.

DBS wealth customers (Treasures, Private bank) can place FD >$20K i think
