DBS: Terms and Conditions - PayEasy Service also doesn't mention any fees for IB Cheques (only for demand drafts).

Commission charge - a non-refundable commission charge of 1/8% of the Singapore Dollars equivalent of the remittance amount, subject to a minimum charge of S$5.00 and a maximum charge of S$100 (inclusive of goods and services tax) for the issuance of a demand draft, or such other amount(s) as we may determine from time to time.

The service is free, I've used it a number of times before.

Really strange! Here is another link for the DBS - PayEasy Terms and Conditions.
At Point 12. specifically says theres a $1 commission for IB Cheque....
now i think this page contains misinformation about the IB Cheque fees.

So i guess POSB/DBS PayEasy IB Cheque is really free...which is nice, and they help to post out the cheque too Thanks dreant for helping to clarify.

Citibank also has this fee online cheque service.

I have been using it for the past few years. Too lazy to write cheques myself.
