Yes ocbc pegged to 36 months.
I remembered asking in forum 3-4 months back which should I take dbs 18 or ocbc 36 since both had a similar spread.

But I think ocbc had a carrot that said 1 time free switch anytime within the bank.

Anyway dbs always makes changes on 23 Dec. Last year's also this date

if fhr18 is 0.6%, then based on the following spreads, won't all their home loan customers be screwed as year 1 is now 1.95% when sor rates were much lower the couple of months (some banks as low as 1%-1.32% nia)?

Year 1:
FHR18 + 1.35% p.a.
Year 2:
FHR18 + 1.35% p.a.
Year 3:
FHR18 + 1.35% p.a.

Thereafter:
FHR18 + 1.80% p.a.

think those are maybe the new spreads on their website?

anyone knows what were the actual spreads previously and also what was the fhr18 rate? 0.6% or lower?

Actually doesnt matter. Just see your own contract and see your own rates. Most people will take during promo and that rates normally is lower compared the quoted 1.3 or 1.35 in website.
Current promo also quote .9 % + FHR 18 (floating)

Anyway - FHR18 = .6% for quite a while
