I was trying to apply atm card for my small kid. i think their procedure is really messy resulting in an chicken and egg situation
it is stated in their site that to apply for a card,
1. you need to download digibank
2. to use digi bank, you need to have an internet banking account
3. to have an internet banking account, you need a atm card to to apply at the atm.
i want an atm card in the first place..
2 years ago, i really had problem with my big kid. we went to the bank many times, till finally one CSO say go to the counter to apply atm card. This year we went to bank to make the atm card, but we failed. they say must have singpass. what has singpass got to do with atm card?
