DBS is having the 0% interest 0% fees for its 12-mth My Preferred Payment Plan (MP3) again. Please note that this is for retail transactions only (not funds transfer). Means you have to spend on your credit card then apply to convert to 12-mths under MP3.

Don't see why they will not approve.

If really need to break into installment, may as well separately take a low interest/fee balance transfer. Points/cashback earned from the bulk purchase, which is likely more than the interest/ fee, will not be forfeited.
