I can't seem to sync with Manulife.. Keeps saying username /password does not match when logging in to Manulife website during sync.. But I have confirmed username/password is correct and even reset my password just for the sake of it. Anyone encountering similar issue? >_<

This should not be DBS issue because the consent is given at SGFindex side. I don't have Manulife so didn't try, but I am getting a similar issue with AXA across using both DBS and OCBC.
Think some of the insurers didn't manage to get their service up in time for the launch, maybe just put up a non functional page to meet the launch requirement aka bluff MAS.

do you work for legal and compliance? how you know if this is serious allegation?
don't have to work for legal or compliance to say that

"put up a fake page to bluff MAS" is serious allegation unless you got proof to back your claim up

Serious allegation is what something is stated as a fact. This is clearly stated as personal opinion. Happy to remove the sentence if mods not happy.

Sounded like a statement of fact to me.

but noted it’s a personal opinion of yours.
