Is dbs paylah app also used for sending to paynow recipients?

Yup only if the paynow proxy is a mobile.
Nric not supported.

If I have paylah account and someone paylah to me, is it the money will be inside paylah wallet only and i need to do a transfer from my paylah wallet to my bank account then I can see the money inside my bank account?

If I want to send money via paylah is it must transfer from my bank account to paylah wallet then can send money via paylah?

Yes to both question
U can also set link to bank acc so that any payment will auto draw from your bank acc

Whereas for incoming $. U have to manual tranfer it to your acc

For incoming $, you can set it to go back to your bank account automatically if you set the wallet limit at $0

cannot.
it will use your official mobile registered with DBS

register another number on a different bank. you can use paynow with that number for that bank

Anybody got issue closing the Paylah! account?

I cant seems to close my Paylah account.

at the page of choosing a reason, the page seems to load indefinitely.

Manage to close the paylah account through the hotline.

you have to give a reason in order to proceed to close Paylah the account.
but their app doesnt load the the page that lets you select the reason.

I was patient to wait for app to update and try again that time.

I even went to the website FAQ and they suggested for Paylah closure, can only do through app.
but the app has bug for so long i ended up have to call the hotline (nagivate thru so many numbers) to close a paylah account.
