Why cannot change number under settings after newly registered?

A recipient has declined to accept my Paylah transfer. I checked the FAQ for Paylah and it says I can cancel the transfer at the transaction details page within 14 days. I couldn't find any 'cancel' option at the Paylah History > Payment Details page. Anyone knows? Tks.

if receipient no paylah and go and register to claim it, u can call cso to recall the transfer. otherwise it will auto refund back to you if receipient don't do anything after 14 days

Yes. Netspay sure will prompt pin. Not sure about paylah.

I have a bill about $120. I split it to 100 and 20. The netspay still reject my 100. Then I changed to use paylah.
I increased my paylah wallet limit and daily limit before scan QR. The 100 successful, then the 20 get through then immediately refunded.

I've gotten $5.70 today. stated as "scan to pay rebate". i remember participating in scan to pay to get $5 up to 3 times.
so i paid 3 times. was expecting $15. not sure why i got $5.70
