Usually by end of the month. But the fall below fee is based on average balance for the month I recall
Ya according to their website example https://www.dbs.com.sg/personal/deposits/bank-earn/multiplier

Service charge of S$5 per month applies if your average daily balance falls below S$3,000 (inclusive of SGD equivalent of foreign currency balance). This service charge will be waived if:
  • You are 29 years old or below, or
  • DBS Multiplier is your first DBS/POSB account (online applications only).

I'm not sure why both my wife & I are charged $2 Account fee for DBS Savings account every month end for many many years even we already requested e-document statement. Our month balance amounts are always >$3K. According to their website, old savings account holders only required >$500.

Anyone having same account $2 fee charge every month end?

should not get charged the fall below fee esp if your balance >$3K. Better call dBS and bang table.

Service charge is also waived if your DBS Multiplier is the multi-currency account (MCA) designated as the settlement account for your DBS Vickers trading account.

This is the best method to get zero fee.

I'm have an MCA with $100 balance but zero service fee.

Normal savings account is not an MCA account so can't be designated as settlement account.

yes last day of every month... i just checked mobile app, DBS deducted $2 for past 6 months. I didn't bother as I thought it's normal. They have been doing it for past decades. I see my mother same Saving account linked to mine has no deduction for past 6 months... Maybe she's senior...I don't know.

At my app, I see already switched ON at e-documents (New)/Manage "Switch to eStatements". then it's no charge for Account fee. correct?

I'm not sure here having such $2 Account fee deduction...

depends on account type, and it's based on average daily balance.

I read that link yesterday, my requirement only $500 but most of the time I have more than 3K -10K, why does DBS charge $2 every month.

I didn't say I don't want to pursue... I only happen to ask myself after SantyBalls posted here.

Are there any fees or minimum balance that come with My Account?

My Account comes with zero service charge and no requirement on maintaining a minimum balance.
There is a S$2 account fee per month for customers who are not enrolled to electronic statements and receiving paper statements. The account fee is waived for customers up to 16 years old or who are enrolled to electronic statements.

I posted this question at my whatsapp group earlier before your reply. My friend told me could be due to cheque book and you should be right too. Thank you. At least your reply helpful compare to someone weird reply.
