DBS Token Not working

Hi, is any guys facing problem with DBS/POSB token for login? I've been getting invalid OTP since this morning. I have 2 different accounts and 2 different tokens and both of them giving same problem. SMS OTP login is fine though. Just want to make sure it's DBS server side issue and not my token, otherwise need to call and complain.

I called them and was advised to use the sms token for now. They are trying to fix the problem.

What I do not understand is why the issues with the tokens were not announced on their iBanking and social media platforms ...

Lol I just came across this thread and realised I had the same problem. After a while I gave up and used SMS. Glad to know the 2FA token is working again.

the battery in the token has died.

apparently DBS token seems to be able to sustain for about 3-4 yrs, whereas others are still working fine.

The token concept is really stupid. It all depend on how frequently you use them. All battery has a life spam. LCD display too. Mine LCD one digit missing. Has to return for exchange to new. 7 to 10 working day to wait!
