What's the point of joining where I need to maintain minimum portfolio balance of S$200,000?

The promo looks not enticing at all, don't even have the basic you buy unit trust then they give you good rates for your deposits.

For preferred banking, at your stage in the the investment life-cycle - look for the bank with the lowest trading commission.
