worth it to get? can't waive annual fee

Can waive annual fees. 1st year not sure but subsequent years can waive.

Nothing really fantastic but the free miles and accord plus for annual fees are decent benefits.

"While the Annual Fee is strictly non-waivable for the first year, you will enjoy a waiver in the subsequent years if a minimum of S$60,000 worth of retail spend is made in the preceding Card Year^"

I like the 10 visit Priority Pass as well. If you have a family with (up to 3) kids, this is 2 lounge visits for the whole family; good for the annual vacation.

Because I have the SCB priority card so got more than enough lounge visits, only interested in the 2 stuffs I mentioned. It's decent enough IMO.

I find 10 visits insufficient, each overseas trip already use up 4 visits (departure lounges at both countries) between me and my wife.

Does seem pretty decent in value though, especially if you're new to bank and can utilise the 55k sign up bonus miles. Accor plus membership is nice too, but I already have that from my Amex highflyer.

Other cards have unlimited
Unlimited, yes, but only for cardholder (or +1). That's not useful for a couple + children.

Depends on how often you travel, I suppose. But if it is just you & your wife, cards with unlimited visits for cardholder +1, like Citi Prestige, may be more suitable.

That's true, if you have children, a +1 unlimited PP won't cut it.

Which cards have free transfer other than Amex cards?

OCBC Voyage has free transfers, I don't know of any others out there with free transfers.

No difference for this card, only member+guest. Note the singular term used, read FAQ.

ya, same for Amex. Like trading off earning rate with redemption fees.
I think the AMEX Ascend Card is still quite decent for local general spending and overseas during June and December. Transfer is free.
