DBS Vicker Double Deduction

This morning when I check my acc, I noticed that DBS Vickers deduct the same amount 2 times for my settlement. Called them up and they said is technical glitch, they said they will make a refund to me.

Anyone else kanna?

I also kena..spoke to CS yesterday after holding for 20 mins. They said will refund but can't promise when.

refund is what they suppose to do, imagine I need the fund urgently for some other means, will dbs compensate me with something?

never tot of that some ppl maybe use 100k to buy but end up deducting 200k.. wow that is indeed a big no no even if will refund
