Have you all checked ur dbswmc statements? I dont understand how come there’s few points (eg 7 points, 10 points) being “redeemed or expired” in many of my statements. I always redeemed into miles according to the “last column of table that reflects the expiring on ddmmmyyyy “

If i spent $1.5k in aug2025 when the new $1k 4mpd rule kicked in - and if i have refund of $100 subsequently and resulting in a 400miles clawback — Would the “spare $100 “ out of the “spare $500” be used to nullify the clawback?
