Play politics.

If you disagree on an issue which has legal consequences like compliance violation, just note it in am email to him and his boss.

If not, just keep quiet and note the event in your diary. When enough events have been recorded, either leave quietly or nuke him jialat jialat and leave.

my corlick both of us report to same boss...
he alrdy many clashes with this boss and he hasnt been promoted for the last 5yrs. i heard from him every yr he kenna the PIP as well so no bonus. his leave also rarely gets approved...so obviously this is a vicious cycle to see him or the boss can last longer.

my corlick refuse to quit because he is angry at the boss and quit = lose and the boss just continue to torture him to make him quit...

i wonder if it is all worth it

Cos we nvr know our future in the coy will be.
And it will not be easy working going forward.

I quote one case ya, real experience.
My lead quarrel with boss about some issue.
My lead show bkack face.
My boss very strong headed, want this means this .
Then both quarrel again.

I told my lead boss will remember this issues. Don't chiong against our boss. Gv him face even boss is wrong.

I hv one team mate who took full advantage on me.
Night jobs suppose to split among 2 of us. But he nvr fo amd I do the full jobs. Been carry on for more than one year.

Until I told him, you do this n that.
Yet he still try to push all to me.

I complain to my lead.
My lead screw him up n told him next time you do all and I just sit n see him do.

He didn’t look for a better job? No bonus and no increment quite sian one.
To fight with your direct appraiser is as good as fight against better salary. But some how some ppl got too much ego to put it down.

Yes the colleague might win, but boss will remember you n ypu are in his radar.

Good leader will hear openly and discuss
I would just quit the job, cnnt work in this kind of environment
