Can the stocks that are bought be auto pass on to the family members after death?

Depends. If you have drawn up a will, then the will executor will carry out your instructions.

If you have no will, then like your other assets - house, savings etc, it will go to your estate. And a state-appointed executor will disperse your assets according to the prevailing laws.

will made while single is void once married.
only the will made after marriage is the finalized one.

After have children, do we need to make another new will?

I think the latest will is the finalize one?
