I dont think you can refinance with existing bank. But other banks, yes.

Just call Citi and ask. YMMV, and it’s up to them to offer you based on your credit situation, existing rates, etc

Yes, as it’s a secured loan. I have done it myself.

Yes You can apply. I applied for inhouse loan with Tokyo Century about 92k.

mine is bank loan for ~$60k.

Century tokyo is not a bank. They dont use CBS to issue loans. And u borrow from them, they dont input in your CBS record as well. Same as Hitachi Capital..

Hi, people. Been in some debt currently with credit cards and loan payment taking up slightly under 12x of my income. Tried credit culture to relieve some of my loans and they have approved with the amount just under one of the credit cards. Should i take it and cancel the card while paying off the rest slowly or should i try a bank loan to clear up everything at one go? CBS report puts me in HH rating so I'm not sure if the Banks are willing to loan me the amount to clear it up.

Hello. Since you are about 12x, should try to spend to meet the 12x and try dcp.
I dont know your discipline in paying the amount structurely, dcp if approved you will feel more manageable and also have a plan to be fully debt free. Hope you find a way.

I dont it will be part of the unsecured loans. I have a friend ongoing DCP program and still can obtain loan from credit culture. Better get that sum from your existing banks.

Try to update income statement to get that extra credit. Or get a personal loan to reach that 12x. Faster get into a repayment program, don't drag. I am in the midst of one and I wished I did it earlier.
