For now, I'm waiting for DBS, BOC & Maybank to get back to me. I'm waiting for Citibank to call me so that I can get the application form from them.

You can email them at balanceconsol@citi.com and leave your name and contact number. Faster than the web form.

That's lower than one of the dudes here who is close to 20%.

What I heard was that different people will have different interest tagged to the account hence that's how the officer can offer.
Not sure if just saying this to blow me off the line or what but never mind lah.
Just got to bite the bullet and pay off the bad debts.

Congrats bro !!! When did u submit yr application ?

I got very unexpected good news just! 6pm.

After getting rejected by Maybank, CIMB and Citi.. surprisingly HSBC accepted my application..

Big sigh of relief.. actually already gave up hope... but got a lucky break.

Waiting for everything to get cleared..

Good luck to all those with pending applications!

I called up Citibank but the cso said their DCP is only for their existing customers. Advised me to get a cc from them first then go for the DCP 😫😫😫

"Be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident;
Be a salaried employee with annual income between S$30,000 and less than S$120,000 (at least S$60,000 if you are not an existing Citibank customer), with Net Personal Assets of less than S$2 million;
Have total interest-bearing outstanding balances on your credit cards and/or unsecured credit facilities of at least 12 times your monthly income."

They will only do that if your annual income is below 60k if I'm not wrong.

Actually no problem for her cuz the approving bank will be able to block other banks from approving.

Got no choice but to try all at once. If not I will procrastinate even further. Cause applying here and there for help is really tiring. So I send out all at once. But it's good to know that approving bank will block other banks from approving. Even though I was scared to apply all at once in the first place.

Citibank will only accept those earning above $60k. Based on my noa last yr I am eligible but my purpose is not to get cc from them, so what for they told me to apply for their cc instead of helping me with their DCP? 😡

But.. what will happen if the first application is rejected? Will the rest of the bank try again?

Usually before application, the officer will check if eligible.

Good luck bro. Hope it still go through!

I did tell the cso my estimated debt amt n 12x income, n he said should be ok after adding in those extra amounts. But my total income for my noa is way much higher than my 12x income becos of my end yr bonus n extra mid yr bonus
