I think it will be according to the terms and conditions u signed up for early settlement with your bank. Some bank charges early repayment fee AFAIK. Best to call your bank to ask what the applicable charges are, if any.

Pay the early settlement fee. Case closed.

Hello,

I am thinking of refinance with DBS, what are your suggestion on this?

Currently paying 1.1k another 4.8 years to go.

To go with DBS at $800 for 8 years

scb by next year 15 jan increased to 5% from 3% for early redemption fee...maybe too many people jump ship to dbs....

Anyone tried applying reno loan while under DCP? Currenty I am under DCP for 1 year+ and my rating is now AA 1925. Anyone know if there is a chance?

Hello, did BOc factor in the 5% repayment to UOB? I am currently with UOb but the monthly it’s too high

Hi guys, been reading about this forum quite some time.

2 weeks ago, apply for DCP with HSBC. Was rejected last few days ago via letter.

Total debt across all bank was 37k.
As for my salary.
Basic 2.8k
I got a transport allowance of 700 every mth.
However, my NOA for 2018 was 33k. (however, i just work for my company for less than 2 yrs)

Dunno what should i do.

Got renovation loan, car loan need to clear also. Plus a maid salary have to give every month. Quite tight every month. Cant even save a few $$.

Wife just started working. Hoping can at least save some saving.

Anybody with same situation as me did apply DCP and get approved?

With allowance, did not make up to 12x.
With basic only, alrdy more than 12x..

My rating drop from HH to HZ after dcp application from BOC... still pending approval n i think its a rejection... 😔
