Hsbc decline my application reason did nt exceed 12 times. My sales manager told me that he will put up review as my case was different from other rejection. My CBS was 73 hvnt reflect another 14k loan. Total unsecured will be 87k above my NOA of 82K.
Hopefully will have good news.

quite lucky tt i am on RAS plan now. felt tt its much better den DCP. read up that ras can convert to DCP but felt that not worth it.

No more RAS. Is now under CCS. Credit Counselling.

12 times is base on ** report or based on statments? i thought they calculate debt amount based on statements and compare with ur NOA.

12 times is base on ** report or based on statments? i thought they calculate debt amount based on statements and compare with ur NOA.

My NOA is clear 82k. But CBS is 74k without hsbc loan being reflected in CBS yet.

Damn dumb. If they want to follow CBS then need so many statements and letters to confirm balance and end up making ppl run all over for what, right. Lol

Duno la. Maybe the person see NOA and CBS then reject lor. Never go thru all the statement.

Regulator prolly means the people monitoring the processing by the banks.

Does CBS report update on the first day of each month?

If loan was approved on 9 Feb when will this be reflected in CBS report
