Is your wife aware of your financial commitment? Maybe she can help to offload some higher interest loan (from her own savings)

How about borrowing from family then repaying them within certain timeline?

She is aware of it, but she doesn’t have any savings since she earns very little.

Borrowing from family member is not an option for me, since they also cannot help much.

Actually on hindsight these questions should have been asked before you buy the MM unit, not after. What suddenly triggered this concern, is it due to stock market price down ?

If she’s not earning much, how did she get the bank loan for this unit?

That’s why now regret coz debt level increases.
