I plan to go Taiwan, Hualien, KS n penghu Island. .. Dec a good time to go there? Pls advice

Should be alright but Dec very chilli and you can do barely any water related activities in hualien at that time. If just a visit, think ok ba.
KS, anytime is great.
Penghu? Hmm... It is a seasonal place to be.

Of course the best time to visit all is spring to summer period if your time permits.

Hualien and KS are fine.

Penghu Island is not recommended, because there is a strong sea wind, and it is gloomy and chill. Most importantly, it is not a right season for water activities. Sometimes, the flight will be postponed or cancelled because of climate issue.

If u wanna try travelling, i would suggest go for least explored regions like Hualien, Taitung, Kaohsiung then Tainan. Before ending back in Taipei. This route should serve you well.

Thk, I have thought of that. But from HL, KS, Chaiyi and back to Taipei. Tainan and Taichung also considering. Likely I will spend 6 nights.

Then not enough lor. Advise that u choose 2 cities will be good enough, why rush?
