Decrease in property tax for year 2016

Due to overall weak rental market, property annual value decreases by around 10%, pay slightly lesser tax for 2016.

They din out last year annual value as well, just a letter to inform me this year annual value is 24000.
Last year was 26400, so a decrease of 10 %.

Though not a lot, but still feel happy.
