Defer key collection

anyone got the experience where defer key collection have to pay a late completion interest of almost $2k per month, in cash. pls advice. thanks :eek::eek::eek:

No late completion of interest was penalized for me when I delayed my bto key collection.

How long did you defer? From what I heard there will be an amount per month of deferment (seems to be some percentage of the amount) which I am also not sure if it is cash payment or otherwise.

You need valid reason to delay key collection, I have not found any buyer for my old flat during the 1st key collection date.

Yeah i am given 1 time delay of 2 months only, after that when i requested again,can't sell flat too, i was told to pay cash if i want to defer. reason being i didn't loan. if loan will bee given 6 months deferment. anyone got better idea to avoid pay cash, any other options to defer.(i was told find MP also no use)

I'll be in the same position as you if I can't sell the old flat at the 1st delay, sorry can't help much..
