Define R5 front door

Hi guys,

I'm having some issue with my front door. The bottom hinge. I need to give a tight slap for the door to close is that normal?

Just gotten my case from tradpac last night...

Lol, really slap. For mine, I just close the door by pressing somewhere near the middle. Both top and bottom latch should catch without much pressure.

Got chance to ask them replace 1 to 1 or not ah?

Try playing with the hinges. One of the hinge screws might simply be loose.

Or try switching the door to open from the other side to see if there's the same issue.

The other side no issue only this side. Unless i did something wrong which doesn't make sense lei.

So you tried changing the hinges to the other side and it works fine?

If so, yep it's faulty.

i had that problem because i didnt do it correctly but it seems like yours is a real issue
