Degree for Human Resource?..

Have this friend of mine interested in being in HR in the future, but never study properly so cannot go local uni

Researched and researched, and only found Curtin and Loughborough Uni offering courses related to HR. Any person working in HR now willing to share how to become a HR and which uni will be better to study HR? Thanks

you can consider edinburgh napier university, scotland and kingston university, london for the HR Degree.

to succeed in HR, you need to go beyond degree. u need to accumulate ideally 5-8 years related work experience then embark on a MBA or preferably a master in hr or organizational psychology. then the opportunity to move up to director level will be there for MNCs, some eventually start out on their own to become trainers, consultants and headhunters earning more than 10k a month.
