My current case, Lian Li PC-011 Dynamic Mini Snow edition can't place a tub of thirsty Hippo in.

Yeah , dry mode is just lameAircon Dry Mode also jiak alot of Electricity.

Depending on the manufacturer & settings, dry mode can be using more electricity than cool mode.IMHO.AFAIK.
The dehumidifier rod uses heat thus the temperature will increase.
Your can try Daiso low profile dehumidifier packs.
If you have AC, you can use the drying mode as well.

Because in both modes, the FCU's coils turn cold in order to evaporate the humid air. In dry mode, it has a target RH%. In cool mode, it targets temperature instead.
So if let's say an AC is programmed to target 40% RH in dry mode, while 26C in cool mode, guess which mode is gonna spend more time (& electricity) conditioning the room![]()
