DELAY EXCUSE TO AVOID OOC

Hi ppl, I am currently on course, end of March completing my course (progression to 3rd sgt eventually). I was referred to a specialist for my leg condition who gave me excuses heavy load which already expired.There's upcoming MA on the 3rd wk of march , is there anyway to schedule the excuse at a later date( close to end of march) to avoid OOC?

E.g negotiating with specialist? MO?

Reason: Comes a long way, couldn't bear to leave when the finishing line is so near.

*Can't change appointment date.
*Highly likely excuse given as warning was given for previous MA by specialist.
*Post course role: Admin side
