Arrrr, no no no. I'm ordering a Dell XPS M1210 but someone wanna get an extra ram for either 640 or 6400 so i'm helping him to order it also.

No, I bought the chip from Memory World two weeks ago.

I guess this just goes to show the importance of shopping around. I saw the same chip at Sim Lim going for half the price.

Btw understand this comes with vista and heard there's nightmares with vista, is there any way to reinstall the OS to my XP pro without giving up DELL's restore features?

Delivery typically 2 weeks because they have to assemble your laptop upon order.
Bear in mind next week is almost like non-existent due to the festive period.

They delivered mine within 4 days and the delivery was on a Sunday. But as mentioned by xprezzshawn, this week is CNY festive season so delivery may take some time.

Sorry noob question here. I have a inspiron 700m. If both of my memory banks are 256 now, meaning 512 in total, can I upgrade just 1 bank to 512 so that my total memory is 768?
