Will this still apply even if i am now not under the warranty?

OK..say that i send in..and i wish to add in or upgrade the components inside while also repairing them...will they do it?

SO....final question...if its the motherboard...prob charges for everythin? i feel it will be in hundreds or ....thousand...;(

thanks piercelee for your replies! last question. if i order from dell with the minimum ram of 1X512MB at 533mhz, will it work with a 1X1GB at 677mhz which i buy at SLS to fit into the empty slot? meaning can 2 ram modules of different speed work together? (i know 2 ram modules of different ram size can work together...) thanks thanks...

if u use 2 diff speed ram, they will still work... but think it'll take the speed of the slower ram as the operating speed. So if u are using a 533mhz & 677mhz then both may run at max speed of 533mhz.

suppose all other variables the same, e.g. processor, ram, hd, DVD writer
1 question i wanna ask is what's the diff btw 5150 and 9150 graphics card?
i'm not a super gamer, but would like to play some new games that' s interesting occasionally, like " titan's Quest". i know will need 256mb graphics card, but wat's the diff?

or
2) 256mb nVidia GeForce 7300LE Turbocache (in dimension 9150)
or
3) 256mb nVidia GeForce 7900GS (in dimension 9150) need to add $280.35 from option2


and another question: I have a viewsonic VA912, just bought 2 weeks ago, what should i do with it? sell it and use the dell 19 inch monitor or sell the dell monitor? should i get the 19inch analogue or the ultra sharp one (+$77)? if wanna sell in HWZ, how much u think can fetch?
how about the physics accelerator? what in the world is it and does it help in gaming? is it worth it the +$410

about the warranty? is it worth it to get the priority 3 yrs limited warranty for +$173 or just the +$111 3 yrs limited warranty. what's the diff? priority??

Well, you could inform that there is a 1 dead pixel has become a big black circle in the LCD. Top left hand corner.

Oh Yeah, the issue has to be INTERMITENT too. Just to avoid any suspicion.

I want to warn you first though: Dell can be VERY VERY Stingy with parts. It's a cost thing.

dude my 1cent worth reply la... dun go near hypermemory or turbocache cards.. not really worth the money one.. BUT if u nv play much graphic intensive game like me... go for hypermemory.. turbocache is crappy..

Use the dell one sell ur old one... the dell monitor not bad actually..

Not really lah.....the heat is bearable but advisable to use laptop cooler. Other than that, quite happy with it.
