Dell or Huawei laptop recommendations

Am deciding between Dell's Vostro 5410 or Huawei's MateBook D14 or D16 laptop. Dell Vostro 5410 Huawei D16 Huawei D14

Not using for gaming. Usage mainly will be for CAD such as solidworks, simulation software such as ANSYS and might be running on dual boot system with linux.

Appreciate all inputs
Open to other brands and models within the $ range as well

I think for solid works you should really consider a higher res screen.

Acer Swift 3

This looks like a steal, less than 1k on lazada/shopee. Anyone can spot if there are any catches apart from the old processor

Wouldnt get it. 11th gen is really quite inferior when you compare it against their 12th gen. If you gonna spend until 1.1k. I suggest looking at minimally a 12th gen.

1.1k for 16gb ram and 1tb SSD is quite a steal for that price isn't it? On lazada its less than $1k, can wait for 10/10 hopefully there's further discount
