dell service center

I'm having issues with my dell led monitor. I tried ban leong in ubi biz hub but they said that they only distribute and not handle repairs and warranty related stuff. Id like to know where can i bring my monitor for servicing. Still under warranty.

I tried to call tech support number but they are looking for service tag codes which the monitor doesnt have instead, it has a cn code.

But on the phone tech support they want me to quote an 8-11 digit service tag. I mean type it on the phone then press # or *

Solved. Dell will ship a new monitor to me tomorrow and take back the faulty one.

Dont remember that dell monitor has service tag. Think they are only found in laptop and CPU.
