For this monitor, in the "Gamma" setting, we can either set to "PC" or "Mac". I am using PC Windows not Mac, but when I choose PC (which many people consider standard today - gamma = 2.2), the picture looks significantly darker and in some games it is really dark that it becomes difficult to look at the details (changing the contrast and brightness does not help). When I choose Mac (gamma = 1.8), the picture is brighter and I can see the detail. So should I set to 1.8 Mac ? Anyone experiences the same ?
