only 1 distributer for sls, should be no more stocks otherwise is more expensive and don't think have 5 years.

How do i go about registering for the warranty? just got 1 from IT Fair @ cybermind booth, but i cant seem to chk the warranty status on dell website, it keep asking for service tag but i dun have a service tag zzz, i only have the S/N...
Would be great if some1 can enlighten me

ok i believe the 5 yrs warranty is covered by Ban Leong. the distributor for dell monitor.
should be register at ban leong.
theres no way dell provide 5 yrs at such prices logically.

Just got my 2312hm from Cybermind @ 289, tried to slash but diedie also don't want to give. Oh well, it's cheaper than the E-store @ Dell and comes with 5 year warranty. So it's still a good deal imo.

I think if you buy direct from Dell's e-store it'll be only 3 years warranty, so... the 4th year onwards doesn't really matter as much?

I got mine @ 289 by calling in to Dell, free delivery.. 3 years warranty though. No service tag also but I think just call in to exchange
