anyone have any experience with the P2312H? how does this U2312 compare to the P? $229 for the P is quite a good price I think.

P is TN panel. U is IPS.....

yes i know, but not always ips better than TN, at least according to tomshardware's review on 23"ers.

i think the main thing is if there's no ghosting, bleeding or very bad color inaccuracies, it should represent good value for money at $229. so if anyone has experience with the P series please drop a note here.
